Responsibilities

• Building research and development plans for utilizing biobased chemical products, especially in Vegetable oil extraction and FAME (fatty acid methyl ester).
• Collaborating with other organizations like national institutes, universities, and so on.
• Reporting and consulting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in chemical engineering.
• Strong knowledge of chemical engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to speak English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in research and development of biobased chemical products.
• Experience in collaborating with other organizations.
• Experience in managing a research team.

Additional Information

• This is a full-time position, but we can adjust the working style like part-time or others.
• The successful candidate will be based in Thailand.
• The salary will be determined based on the experience.

About Us

Innovare is a Japanese startup company that aims to realize carbon neutrality and circular economy. We specialize in making biodiesel fuel, glycerin, and other biochemicals in Thailand. Our startup is currently in the Research and development stage for the utilization of biodiesel fuel (FAME), glycerin, and other biochemicals. We plan to rent a laboratory around Bangkok or in the nearby area to conduct proof of concept in 2023. Innovare is looking for a Chemical Engineer who is passionate about developing biobased chemical products and who can help us achieve our goals.
